Privacy Policy

PraxisKit stores the minimum account, purchase, Run, verification, and installation state needed to provide and secure the service. Authentication and private storage are handled through Supabase. Payments are processed by Creem; PraxisKit does not store full card details.

Files and Run data

Files uploaded for a cloud Run, working copies, candidate outputs, and verifier working data are processed only to deliver the requested workflow. Uploaded source and candidate data are retained for up to 24 hours by default. The selected result and customer-facing report are retained for up to 7 days.

Deletion

You can delete a Workspace from the Workspace interface. This removes its linked Runs and hosted artifacts, subject to short-lived backups and records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, tax, or legal obligations.

Installation diagnostics

The CLI may report a bounded environment summary such as operating system, Node.js version, Agent identifier, installation status, and Kit version. Local business files are not uploaded by the installer.

Security and service providers

Service credentials remain server-side and are never intentionally returned to the browser. We may retain account, order, entitlement, audit, and security records as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
