Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PraxisKit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Product and Purchase
PraxisKit sells first-party digital products. The launch product, Codex Excel Clean Kit, is offered for $19 USD as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed by Creem.
The purchase grants a non-transferable, perpetual right to use, install, reinstall, and receive bug-fix or compatibility updates for the purchased Windows major version in your own Codex environment. It does not transfer intellectual property and does not include future major versions unless the product page expressly says so.
3. Cloud Runs
A free trial includes 3 successful hosted Runs and expires 14 days after claim; it does not include a local Kit license. A Beta launch purchase includes 30 successful hosted Runs valid for 12 months. One user submission is one Logical Run and may contain up to two internal execution attempts. A Run is charged at most once, only after verified downloadable results are ready; failed, interrupted, upload-failed, provider-retry, and verification-failed attempts do not consume quota. Cloud Runs accept CSV or XLSX input, up to 10 files sharing 25 MiB in total, one concurrent Run with automatic queueing, up to 15 Logical Runs started and up to 10 successful Runs per UTC day. No offer includes permanent unlimited cloud compute.
4. Results and Verification
PraxisKit applies deterministic checks and may use an LLM Verifier to select the best candidate created for the current Run. This process is not an independent business audit and does not guarantee that every business fact in an uploaded file is correct. You remain responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.
5. Account and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. PraxisKit is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
You may not bypass quotas, share access for resale, upload malware, interfere with the service, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend new Runs or installation sessions to protect customers and service availability.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep PraxisKit available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for maintenance, security incidents, or violations of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
PraxisKit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including data loss, business interruption, or incorrect Kit outputs.
8. Changes to Terms
PraxisKit is currently in Beta. We may adjust free-trial and future-offer limits with a version number and effective date. A paid customer keeps the core price, local-license and included cloud-grant terms displayed for the contract version recorded at purchase; material reductions do not apply retroactively unless the customer accepts them or receives an appropriate remedy.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to tiancai913@gmail.com or through our Contact page.
